| The Comptroller General Act sets out the roles and responsibilities of a Comptroller, someone to oversee our finances. I have not seen any evidence that the current Comptroller is doing these things. Nor have I seen any evidence that Congress has done anything to ensure that this work is being done. It's time we did something about that. I'm putting forward this motion of No Confidence in the Comptroller. I believe that this is Bryan Alexander, as I have not seen anything indicating that he has resigned or been replaced. If he is removed - it requires a 65% super-majority - we can move forward with appointing a new Comptroller who will hopefully be able to keep track of our funds. Or, if this Congress feels that we no longer need a Comptroller, we could repeal the law. Either way, it's likely time that we revisited it and sees how it fits into our current game. |

| I like having a comptroller as its more defined than having a possibly new moF every month so I wouldn't want to repeal the law.
I fully support Alexanders replacement as he just hasn't been active enough to carry out any duties. _________________ |

| I vote in favour of new comptroller. I had noted he has been missing. We definitely need at least a nominal update preferably weekly, but if not, monthly. An active comptroller can do gold buys, etc. to help E-Canada be strong. I'm wondering where all the money we transfer to the org goes anyways..., it's practically empty. |

| I vote in favour of a new comptroller. _________________ “Civil disobedience, as I put it to the audience, was not the problem, despite the warnings of some that it threatened social stability, that it led to anarchy. The greatest danger, I argued, was civil obedience, the submission of individual conscience to governmental authority. Such obedience led to the horrors we saw in totalitarian states, and in liberal states it led to the public's acceptance of war whenever the so-called democratic government decided on it...
In such a world, the rule of law maintains things as they are. Therefore, to begin the process of change, to stop a war, to establish justice, it may be necessary to break the law, to commit acts of civil disobedience, as Southern black did, as antiwar protesters did.” ― Howard Zinn, You Can't Be Neutral on a Moving Train: A Personal History of Our Timeshttp://www.goodreads.com/quotes/tag/civil-disobedience |

Man, I miss unanimous consent. If we ever get a quorum, we should bring that back. Then we can forgot about quorum's again. Actually, now that I think about it, I probably voted to get rid of it. Probably because I like the idea of more than ten people making decisions. |

| I am the Law.
And once I figure out the timezones on this forum, or how to set it to mine so that I don't need to do math everytime I look when I post was made, I'll be sure to start votes in a timely matter. |

| Bryan is a good guy, and always responded promptly when I called on him during my term, but it may be a good time to get some new blood into the position. _________________ Current: Commander of the Canadian Armed Forces
