No Confidence in the Speaker

Mr. Deputy Speaker I would like to put forth a motion to remove the current Speaker Molly Jo from her position

She has no basic understanding of the Congressional Rules of Order and it seems no desire to, from making motions in PM's to considering PM arguments as official congressional debate to an inability to disipline or at the very least publicly admonish a member for an illegal impeachment attempt

These are the actions of an inexperienced congressman not a Speaker, she is not ready for this position, especially in times when congress needs a active and strong advocate for activity.
