| I am asking Congress to raise the work tax to 10% to help pay for the war. Also lower VAT and Import to 1% so people actually buy stuff from Canada again. Whoever thought it was a good idea to raise those needs to be shot. | |

| I could see this being a good price to pay for activity/war but to vote yes i'd have to see some kind of (at least estimated) time-frame for a more reasonable tax rate to be reinstated as i don't see *for the foreseeable future* going over too well in the long run.
That is one hypnotic butt btw. (A** was turned into donkey and i giggled)

That is one hypnotic donkey btw. I would say for the next month and then it can be lowered to something more reasonable.

| 10% tax is just as suicidal as invading the eUS. I'm a no vote.

If Canada wants the fun and activity a war provides then Canadians have to be willing to share the burden with those of us who are contributing.

| A fair statement. I opposed the war-at-any-cost mentality in the first place, and largely for this very reason that the taxes needed to pay for it (or the noblesse oblige largesse debt we'd owe to unsavory people) would be prohibitive.
If and when this passes, don't worry, I won't be partaking in any of the "fun" of the war. I won't be able to afford to WAM, so I'll just two-click. I expect I won't be alone.

| I would vote for this. Someone has to pay...

| Not sure if this is really a vote or more a consultation. And it need more then that to convince me. One month will not make much in a short term war. Cash should had been there before the attack | |
