Suspicious and a weird applicant to say the least. So unless (s)he answers some questions well, and with those answers provides some good referrals then I'd mark this one as questionable.

Delian wrote a few articles zirself. Based on zirs comments, I wouldn't mind having zir in eCan. Mind you, the account may have been sold, which would explain the newspaper purge, though there is no evidence of a friend purge. Zir has a lot of Bulgarian roots, but that's not a bad thing.

But guess what, by law we cannot punish you in any way whatsoever. Rather than change the law, Congress wants to shut this down.

I really find it strange that all the persons articles were deleted and she/him seemed to be deliberately testing the council with her/his application but no point worrying about it now.

I doubt she/him will be here for more then a cup of coffee now that the test has been screwed up by a uniformed Klop.

My only problem with the government as a whole is transparency according to who is in power at the time. I think we should vote to remove Congress and the CP. Anarchy shall rule the land. Everyone may do as they please. Just like Christmas holiday.
